Conegliano (TV) – 2003

SIVE Enoforum 2003, a resounding success in turnout

The third edition of Enoforum was held from the 12th to the 14th of March at the Scuola Enologica di Conegliano, making it a biennial event. The event is organised by SIVE and Vinidea in collaboration with the companies AEB, Oenofrance, Lallemand, Laffort, Toneleria Nacional, Monsanto, Oliver Ogar, Enartis, Intec and Ganimede.

After the greetings and acknowledgements of SIVE President Marzio Pol to the attending authorities representing the sponsoring Bodies (Provincia e Camera di Commercio di Treviso, Fondazione Cassamarca, Municipality of Conegliano) and the opening seminar by Michel Moutounet of INRA in Montpellier on electromembranary techniques, followed the modules co-managed by the various companies on topical issues, for a total of 24 papers with 9 international speakers.

The three-days event was attended by more than 400 oenologists, producers and journalists from all over Italy.
