Enoforum Web Scientists

This conference aims to provide a worldwide overview of the most innovative research in the field of viticulture and oenology.

Through the evaluation work of an international Scientific Committee, 37 papers from research institutes all over the world will be presented in short presentations focusing on the practical findings.
The result is a densely packed programme, condensed into one day and divided into four thematic sessions: VINE, GRAPE, CELLAR and WINE.
